Vintage Designer is a small family business. In May 2005, we began to live out our passion in a 4.5x4.5 m² garden shed, painting or, in a new modern way, “upcycling” furniture. It quickly became apparent that this space was not sufficient. So it was probably a wink with the fence post when we found a new house with a separate apartment and moved. There I was finally able to start my workshops and show people who have always wanted to know how easy it can be to redesign a small piece of furniture with the right colors and, above all, the right techniques.

The final challenge then came with the move from Germany to Denmark and the decision to become a wholesaler and retailer. I clearly thought why not, because I can still work and be creative with the products today. Namely when I take my own time off on some weekends and go to my little studio. So I can relax in my own way and recharge my batteries for “NEW”. Because I believe that I have not yet reached the end of my creative journey.
